Presented by HDE Agency, a brand new food festival is coming to Downtown Phoenix on December 1, 2018. Featuring 11 local restaurants and food trucks, guests will enjoy wide variety of delicious Asian cuisine, cooking demos, entertainment and games from 12-6 p.m. at Heritage Square. Here’s the full lineup of food vendors & menu highlights!

El Jefe Tacos – Korean BBQ kimchi fries, Bulgogi tacos with slaw, Bulgogi nachos with spicy siracha and pork tacos.

Gourmet Kitchen – Vietnamese-Mexican fusion menu with street tacos, rice bowls, egg rolls, chimichangas and more.

International Truck of Tacos – Korean Kick Tacos made with short ribs and pickled vegetables, jalapeno slaw, wasabi aioli and black sesame seeds. Hong Kong Hot Taco made with ponzu pork, mint and apple slaw and candied nuts.

Hot Bamboo – Bao steam buns, teriyaki pork rice bowls, red curry pork, potstickers, spam musubi and vegan options.

The Luau Hut – Hawaiian BBQ plates with grilled teriyaki chicken, Kalua pork, chicken katsu, Bulgogi beef and coconut shrimp with rice and macaroni salad.

Ohya Sushi Korean Grill & Bar – Bulgogi fries and bao bun tacos.

Reefs Kitchen – Gyro, Tandoori chicken and falafel sandwiches, loaded fries and plates.

SugarPlum Froyo – Hong Kong bubble waffles, mochi ice cream and self-serve froyo with toppings.

SweetKicks – Boba teas.

Wok This Way – Beef lo mein, beef and broccoli, sweet and spicy tofu pad Thai, Asian cucumber salad, veggie fried rice.

Wow Wow Lemonade – Hand shaken Hawaiian lemonades – strawberry pineapple, lava flow, mango colada and watermelon basil.

Entertainment highlights include Polynesian dance by Maika Papali’i, sword swallowing, stilt walkers, fire dancers, local karate school demos and the Dynamic Martial Arts Dragon Puppets.
